Hope for Youth & Families is a non-profit organization dedicated to bettering the lives of youth and families in Springfield, Massachusetts, through college & career counseling, the arts, and literacy to fill gaps in existing youth services. We believe that every young person deserves the resources necessary to create a pathway to success, and we are committed to providing the support and opportunities they need to thrive.

We offer free programs for youth and families that emphasize multigenerational engagement. We provide an integrated continuum of services to create better, brighter futures for young people, their families, and our community.

We are fortunate to work alongside many “giants” in the youth and family world. These individuals and groups of all kinds have been quietly working to improve the lives of others for years. They welcome us, offer their guidance, and are eager to share their experience and knowledge. We aspire to be as humble as they are.
