This multi-faceted program supports high school students who are committed to earning a four-year college or university degree. It provides a comprehensive, personalized approach to college preparation—helping students build the academic, personal, and professional skills needed for long-term success.
Program Highlights
Working in partnership with school guidance counselors, each student receives individualized college and career counseling that includes:
- Career exploration and guidance to align interests with potential majors and professions.
- Academic and extracurricular planning to strengthen college readiness.
- Time management coaching and development of other essential success skills.
- Comprehensive support with the college application process, including personal essay preparation, standardized test guidance, and interview readiness.
- Financial aid and scholarship assistance, including FAFSA, CSS Profile completion and access to local and national funding opportunities.
- Internship and enrichment opportunities that connect students’ interests with real-world experiences.
- Postsecondary follow-up, offering continued support during the first year of college to ensure a strong transition.
The goal of this program is to provide the same level of personalized support typically available through private college counseling—but at no cost—to motivated students who may not otherwise have the means or access to achieve their college aspirations
